Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days. Processing time may vary depending on the bank or payment provider.

Advance Payment Policy
A minimum 50% advance payment is required to confirm your booking. The remaining amount must be paid at the time of check-in.
Timeline
03 – 07 Days Before Check-in — 100% Refund
If cancellation is made between 3 to 7 days before the check-in date, 100% of the paid advance amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
Timeline
00 – 03 Days Before Check-in — No Refund
If cancellation is made within 0 to 3 days before the check-in date, no refund will be issued. Full retention will be charged against the paid advance amount.
