Please read these terms carefully before confirming your reservation. By booking your stay, you agree to comply with the following policies.
1. Booking & Advance Payment
A minimum 50% advance payment is required to confirm the booking. The remaining balance must be settled at the time of check-in. Bookings are confirmed only after receipt of the advance amount.
2. Cancellation & Refund Policy
• 03 to 07 Days before check-in: 100% of the paid amount will be refunded. • 00 to 03 Days before check-in: No refund. Full retention will be charged against the paid advance amount.
3. Property Restrictions
Stags are strictly not allowed. Pets are not allowed on the property under any circumstances.
4. Check-in & General Conditions
Check-in and check-out timings must be strictly followed. Guests must provide valid government-issued Photo ID proof at the time of check-in. Management reserves the right to refuse admission in case of policy violations.
5. House Rules & Property Policies
- •Stags are strictly not allowed.
- •Pets are not allowed on the property.
- •Swimming Pool Timing: 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
- •No eatables or alcohol allowed on the swimming pool side.
- •Room Service Timing: 8:00 AM to 10:30 PM.
- •Extra bedding or additional guest will be charged ₹1000 per person.
- •Photo ID proof required for all guests.
- •No music after 10:00 PM.
- •Guests must keep room furniture and equipment free from damage.
- •Guests are liable for any damage or loss of furniture/equipment up to repair or replacement cost.
- •Unwashable stains, lipstick stains, rips/tears on linens or towels, or vomiting incidents will be charged to the guest’s bill.
- •If extra guests arrive at the last moment, inform the hotel in advance. Management may refuse check-in for undeclared guests.
